Been using Tails for a year now, my dog suffered with a bald patch of fur and had to have supplements for arthritis on his previous food since changing to tails after 5 months the bald patch had completely grown back and he no longer has any supplements. He always clears his bowl each meal too. Couldn’t recommend more it’s fantastic

been using this company for over two years now. the only dog food my Lhasa will eat. paid out over 1k for lots of tests before finding this company as she wouldnt eat anything other than thin sliced ham, or home cooked meats. found no physical problems. I order the food as and when needed as she will not eat the kibble. Ordered large box full 7-40pm last night, delivered lunchtime today. Postage free as months order. wonderful service.

I just wanted to thank Tails so much for this wonderful product. Before Ned didn't enjoy his food. Now he can't wait to eat and he leaves nothing behind. He is so healthy and vibrant and not an ounce of fat on him. Thank you again so much, I am super happy.

I don't often review, but felt I had to because Tails.com has revolutionised feeding time with Buddy! He is eager to tuck in, and the bowl is empty every time. It's so handy knowing exactly how much to feed him and that it will be delivered each month. I love the idea that I can request certain flavours, but there's been no need as he loves them all! I highly recommend.

I like how I can rely on Mollie's food to be delivered on time. Also, it's great you can delay delivery or change the recipes online. There are also extras that can be added on to the order.

The food is a bit hit and miss, one delivery our dog loves, the next he won't eat it and the food really smells when we open the packaging.

I informed Tails of this, however they asked for a picture of the food, as though I keep rotten food lying around for a photo opportunity. Not good enough this time around unfortunately.

Responsive, easy to use, reliably delivered to the door, good value for money, dog loves the food and her sensitive skin and digestive issues have completely resolved.

In just the first two weeks my new puppy Willow at three months loaves the food has A lot more energy never leaves a bowl till it’s clean. Friendly service and extremely helpful. Already trying to get everyone signed up.

My dog really loves the food and is now looking forward to eating, where as before on his old food he would miss out breakfast and was not really interested.

Have to say I’m disappointed with tails.com. Whilst the food is good for the dogs, the prices have increased massively over the past year and the portions aren’t big enough.
They use yodel as a delivery, but my dogs been out of food now for 4 days as yodel have lost the parcel and don’t seem at all fussed to try and find it

I have used tails for 3 years with a focus on its USP for delivery. I’ve had incorrect deliveries from August. I was initially offered 1 pack of treats to make up for the amount of money spent on emergency supermarket food but subsequently offered 3 months free use of DPD to get me to stay. I’ve had my first delivery back with Yodel and it was a disaster so I’m leaving for good in light of the food now costing so much more than other working dog feeds which are performing beautifully and the annoyance of having to pay extra for postage for a company who base themselves on home delivery.

Great product deliveries always on time. I have definitely seen a difference in Oscar ( our 9 year old dog) since switching to Tails. His coat is in better condition, and he has more energy.

Easy to place order and change things if you wish you can update all your pouch’s details as and when required they keep you informed of when your order is going to be delivered and when payment is pending plus my pouch loves his food so one happy parent

In terms of the custom dry food this is 5/5 though they are choosing delivery Yodel who keep losing my parcel and the stress caused by it is too much.

Please switch asap as the dogs food is supposed to be just in time but when its late then its not good enough.
